Kärcher has launched a market first: A battery-powered electric broom for professional use, the EB 30/1 Li-Ion. The newly developed device has an interchangeable roller brush and a removable waste container, making it a broom and dustpan in one.

 

It can be used to clean soiled areas on hard floors and carpets quickly, quietly (56 dB[A]) and reliably during business hours.

The EB 30/1 uses a high-performance Li-Ion battery which provides up to 45 minutes run time from a 40-minute charge.
